K. George Wasaff is an accomplished board director, former public company chief executive, and strategic advisor with nearly five decades of leadership experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, restructuring, and complex business environments. He has served as Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO, and director of publicly traded, private equity-backed, and privately held companies across the energy and infrastructure sectors in North and Latin America. His boardroom perspective is shaped by extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic oversight, risk management, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

Throughout his executive career, he has led organizations through significant periods of change, including privatizations, acquisitions, integrations, turnarounds, restructurings, and strategic transactions. As Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (NYSE: TGS), he guided one of South America’s largest publicly traded energy companies through operational growth, capital markets expansion, and organizational transformation. During his tenure with Enron, Ashmore Energy International, and other global energy enterprises, he managed complex international operations, strengthened governance processes, and advised on matters involving billions of dollars in assets, employees across multiple countries, and highly regulated markets.

As Chairman of Tuscany Oilfield Holdings Ltd., he focused on strengthening board effectiveness, establishing governance structures, enhancing accountability, and aligning strategy with operational and safety performance. Through KG Wasaff Associates LLC, he continues to advise private equity firms, investors, boards, and executive teams on strategic investments, governance matters, operational improvement, and cross-border business opportunities. His advisory experience includes engagements with investment firms managing $16 billion and $13 billion in assets under management, providing a perspective that bridges the priorities of directors, investors, and management teams.

Mr. Wasaff is an NACD Certified Director and Board Leadership Fellow, a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Fluent in Argentine Spanish and conversational in Brazilian Portuguese, he brings extensive international experience and a deep understanding of operating across diverse cultures and regulatory environments.
